3. Terms of Sale
Product description:
Ryan Wallcoverings has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure product information including price and description have been described as accurately as possible. Please note:
a. Measurements and sizes dimensions shown on the Website are approximate only;
b. We try to display colours of all wallpaper and curtain polls accurately. The colours appearance may be affected by your device display settings. This may cause products to show minor appearance differences when received.
c. Products are subject to availability; this may cause us to be unable to fulfil your order. If a product is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible and where applicable will offer a replacement product that may also suit your needs.
Orders and delivery:
a. Please note that we can only complete an order if all payment and delivery details are provided accurately. We may need to request alternative type of payment where original payment details cannot be processed.
b. Free shipping is applicable to the Republic of Ireland only, for all deliveries outside of this parameter please contact: info@ryanwallcoverings.com for shipping details and prices. Ryan Wallcoverings reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we will notify customers of such changes in a timely manner.
c. We aspire to have all products marked as “In stock” delivered to you between 24-48 hours. We aim to have all other products with you in 7 days but occasionally this can take up to 10 days. * Please allow extra days for bank holidays and weekends. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday/ Sunday or Bank Holidays.
d. On receiving please ensure all batch numbers are the same unless you have agreed differently with the supplier.
e. We endeavour to process all orders quickly in order to meet shipping requirements and as such all orders made online cannot be cancelled.
Collection
Collection option is available if requested at the point of purchase. Goods can be collected from: Unit 3a Red Cow Business Park, Robinhood Road, Ballymount, Dublin 22
D22 AV90, Ireland.
*Goods which are in stock can be collected within 2-3 hours of placing an order.
When collecting your order please ensure you can provide your order confirmation details when requested.
Goods which are not in stock will take 7 -10 days. Notification will be sent by Ryan Wallcoverings when these items are ready for collection.
Returns:
a. Returns are applicable to stock items only and must be returned within 14 days. Stock items can be recognised as items with the label “In Stock” in product information. All other products cannot be returned.
b. Only unopened rolls can be returned.

Product information and usage
a. Before hanging please consult and strictly adhere to product label and instructions. Ensure all rolls contain the same batch number. Claims made after paper has already been hung will be deemed invalid.
